Cymrin Technology presented a brief requiring an app design for their new ticketing process. The app would allow office employees to be able to communicate faster and easier with the IT department.

The main objective for the Cymrin stakeholders was to create an app that would allow their office employees to use easily who were experiencing technical issues with their devices. The app would also allow IT technicians to be able to communicate with the employees and run diagnostic tests on their machines. I worked on some of the UX processes such as creating the user journeys, sketches, wireframes and created the overall designs. Usability needed to be very simple for users to be able to create tickets which showed the status of their issues. Below are some of the designs I worked on for Cymrin Technology.
