Which? does more than test washing machines. As a consumer champion, our campaigns work to make your lives fairer, our advice helps you make informed decisions and our services and products put your needs first to bring you better value.

Which? Has been a great opportunity to start something new with the company. The company had launched a product which was not successful with the way it had been designed and implemented. I was brought in to help the team put together a responsive website that would have all of the ingredients of the Which? brand. One of the goals was to make sure that the style guides were kept inline with the brand to help build an updated site. Another task was to work closely with the UX designer to create an experience to help simplify the customer journey.

The brief was to help customers find local tradesmen to obtain their services and be able to write reviews of their experience. Part of the brief was also to allow traders to join the Which? Trusted Traders community to show their professionalism and dedication to great tradesmanship. During the first iteration we created screens for two user journeys (customer and trader) to make the product more understable. I was able to work closely with the product owners, business analyst and user testers to be be able to create a responsive website that worked across all platforms with ease of use. For this product we worked with an outsourced development agency based in South Africa.

Here is a link to the website for Which? Trusted traders. Below are some of the designs that I worked on for the product.
